​Deep within the patterns of tomorrow,

In the humble homes of the poor, dissolve me.

Inside yourself, melt the very ink of my writing.

I still adore the rhythm of your name,

The embrace of your Nile,

The light in your eyes,

And the echo of your soul in the Rababa’s song.
